Noémie has worked in a school service center with elementary-age children.
She has experience in community work with farm families, disadvantaged families and in event organization.
Her interest in helping families is the driving force behind her professional motivation.
She holds bachelor's and master's degrees in psychoeducation from the Université du Québec en Outaouais. A psychoeducator by training, she has developed her expertise through a variety of experiences, notably in the school environment, working with children and adolescents presenting adjustment challenges, as well as with their families. Her career has also been marked by active involvement in the agricultural sector, where she has worked alongside entrepreneurial families experiencing a wide range of problems. This has given her a good grasp of the particular realities of this lifestyle, the associated professional demands and their impact on family dynamics.
She works with young people, families and adults, adopting a holistic, human approach focused on understanding people in their environment. Her main area of expertise is adaptation, which she sees as an essential lever for promoting well-being and balance in everyday life.
Driven by a deep desire to make a concrete difference in people's lives, she places great importance on rigorous analysis of situations, while building on the strengths of individuals and families. What sets her apart is her ability to propose concrete, accessible and realistic strategies that make real sense to the people she accompanies. Keen to make psycho-educational knowledge accessible, she aims to demystify and popularize concepts in order to provide families and adults with practical tools that respect their realities, values and pace.
A mother of two, she enjoys working with children, teenagers, families, young parents and adults who want to smooth out their daily routine and regain their balance in life.
