She has accumulated three years' experience in psychiatry, notably at Hôpital de Chicoutimi, where she worked as a doctoral student in psychology, assessing patients at the mental health access desk. More recently, she completed an internship totaling over 1,600 hours with a clientele presenting psychiatric disorders, at the Mood and Anxiety Disorders Clinic of the Institut universitaire en santé mentale de Montréal.

Bianka holds a bachelor's degree in psychology from the Université de Montréal and is currently completing a doctorate in clinical psychology at the Université du Québec à Chicoutimi. She works with an adult clientele and specializes in personality disorders, anxiety and mood disorders, relationship difficulties, lack of self-confidence and emotion regulation. Passionate about her profession, she feels privileged to accompany people towards a better understanding of themselves, and to support them on their journey towards greater well-being.
