A neuropsychologist for over 25 years, Marc Perreault's current practice is devoted to the diagnostic assessment of adolescents and adults with ADD/ADHD or learning disabilities, conditions that he strives to distinguish from other traits such as high intellectual potential, anxiety, mood, the impact of a concussion, etc. The assessments he carries out are aimed at better understanding these difficulties and directing interventions towards specific solutions. The assessments he carries out are designed to provide a better understanding of these difficulties, and to guide interventions towards specific solutions.

Marc Perreault has developed a private practice dedicated to the assessment and treatment of people with ADHD. The assessments he carries out are designed to clarify the nature and extent of symptoms, with the aim of enriching the day-to-day school or work life of the people who consult him. He also works with people with learning disabilities or experiencing neurodegenerative decline. He provides services for adolescents, adults and the elderly.

He worked for nearly twenty years in rehabilitation centers (Centre montérégien de réadaptation and Centre de réadaptation Lucie-Bruneau), where he was involved in the assessment and treatment of people with traumatic brain injury (TBI) and other conditions affecting cognitive functioning. He contributed to the creation of a treatment program specifically for mild TBI, as well as a program offering services to people living with chronic pain. He has also worked with individuals suffering from multiple sclerosis, and assessed people living with loss of autonomy due to neurodegenerative disease in hospital settings.

Since completing her Master's degree at Université Laval (specializing in neuropsychology), her professional career in rehabilitation has shaped her intervention and made her aware that each assessment is a clinical gesture aimed at better understanding oneself, gaining confidence and enriching one's daily life. As a result, her approach to assessments is a humane one, which values the individual in all his or her diversity and complexity.
