Louis has been studying and working in psychosocial services for nearly ten years.
He is interested in clinical neuropsychology and substance abuse. Thanks to his experience as a psychosocial worker with a community organization from 2016 to 2022, he is qualified to work with families.
Louis holds a bachelor's degree in psychology from the Université du Québec à Chicoutimi and is a doctoral candidate in psychology (neuropsychology track) at the same institution. He is conducting a doctoral research project on cognition and psychotropic substance use.
Louis completed internships with diverse client groups (children, adolescents, and adults). He has thus had the opportunity to assess various issues, such as attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), learning disorders, traumatic brain injury, as well as mood disorders. He is supervised by Dr. Jessica Lapointe, neuropsychologist, and Dr. Stéphanie Audet, neuropsychologist.
