Daphné Martin provides compassionate and caring psychosocial support tailored to each person's needs and pace.

Daphné Martin holds a bachelor’s degree in social work from the Université du Québec à Chicoutimi and is a member of the Ordre des travailleurs sociaux et des thérapeutes conjugaux et familiaux du Québec (OTSTCFQ). She has experience working with families as well as providing clinical support to caregivers, people experiencing grief, and those receiving palliative care. She works with adolescents, adults, and seniors facing a variety of challenges, including anxiety, stress, depression, grief and significant losses, life transitions, adjustment difficulties, self-esteem, emotion management, caregiving, and the burnout that can be associated with it.

Daphné takes a human, warm, and caring approach. She believes that every person has resources and strengths they can draw on to move forward. Her practice is primarily inspired by the strengths-based and systemic approaches, which allow her to consider both the individual’s capabilities and their entire environment.

In her practice, she aims to provide a safe, non-judgmental space where everyone can feel heard, understood, and supported at their own pace.
