Paméla Corbeil creates a safe space where the person can express themselves freely. Curious to find what lies beneath the difficulty (the behavior / the emotion), she supports the person in becoming increasingly aware of what is happening within them (their needs, their limits, etc.). This allows them to become the leader of their life again and to take the necessary actions to improve their quality of life on all levels.

She also supports parents in regaining a "pack leader" stance in their family to promote the child's optimal development and to bring out the best in each family member.

She holds a college diploma in early childhood education, a bachelor's degree in social work, a certification in family coaching (Nancy Doyon) and in neurolinguistic programming. She worked for more than 13 years in a CLSC (local community service center), notably with adults and families. Mother of two children, she understands family issues well.

Her interventions are inspired, among other things, by developmental and systemic approaches, affective neuroscience, and self-development. She emphasizes empowerment and personal responsibility, guiding the person toward the desired changes. These lasting changes positively impact the lives of those she accompanies as well as their circles.
