Martine Savaria

Martine is a parenting coach; she offers compassionate support to families
facing challenges related to ADHD, oppositional behavior, meltdowns, emotional regulation and
conflicted relational dynamics both among siblings and within the couple, the
family or with the stepfather or stepmother.

Martine will welcome you in her office or virtually with openness, empathy and
active listening. Her goal is to offer you solutions tailored to your reality, to
create an environment that supports both your child and your family. Martine is
there to help you regain your parenting abilities and to find answers to your
questions, so that you can support your child with peace of mind, whatever
the situation.

Martine holds a Bachelor's degree in special education with over 20 years
of experience in the field of education with diverse clientele.
Martine continues her studies with a coaching certification (NAC) to then
study in the United States in human relations management, mindfulness and
nonviolent communication. Over the years, Martine has developed expertise
with families. Martine is also the mother of three intense boys, now young
adults.

Martine became a blogger for Mitsou Magazine in 2019; in 2020 she was
featured in CCQ magazine and on the show Salut Bonjour. In 2021, she wrote an article
in collaboration with Maude Goyer in Coup de pouce magazine. In 2023, Martine is
invited to CKOI as a family expert for morning segments.
