
Marco Schenk is a doctoral student in psychology, neuropsychology profile, at the Université du Québec à Chicoutimi, where he completed his theoretical training. He is currently supervised by Dr. Alexe Boivin-Mercier at the Familio Saguenay clinic.
In the course of his academic career, he has worked as a lecturer, teaching the theoretical and practical foundations of psychological measurement, and as a research assistant on projects involving marginalized and stigmatized populations. On the clinical front, he has developed experience with a variety of clienteles, including children, adolescents and adults, as part of his neuropsychology internships. He also worked for two years as a psychosocial intervener in suicide prevention.
