In 2020, she gave a presentation on the impact of anxiety on the family at the Anxiety and Autism conference in Montérégie. In 2022, she joined an elementary school as a school counselor to gain new experience working with children. Since 2023, she has also been running creative workshops as well as workshops that encourage introspection.

In 2024, she expanded her client base and range of services to help as many people as possible. She is a practitioner known for her empathy, humanism, and creativity. Her work experiences have always aimed to help her clients reclaim their power by drawing from within themselves so they can find their own solutions. Kathleen adapts her interventions to the reality and needs of her clients. The people who consult her are led to discover themselves, to connect with their feelings, to listen to themselves, and to understand themselves. They then are able to act consciously according to what is best for them.
