Jean-Luc Côté

Passionate about people and their interactions, Jean-Luc holds a bachelor’s degree in sexology from the Université du Québec à Montréal as well as a bachelor’s degree in criminology from the Université de Montréal. He has been a member of the Order of Sexologists since 2016. His fields of practice include, among others, relational issues, addictions, sexual education, communication, and emotion management, all in the context of adaptation/rehabilitation. He offers a safe and humane space to allow others to develop their full potential both personally and relationally.

Over the years, he has developed his expertise by working with different populations (substance use, homelessness, mental health, physical disability, autism spectrum disorder, and intellectual disability). For more than 7 years, he has worked more specifically in a rehabilitation context. Using a systemic and harm reduction approach, he helps others better understand themselves in order to fully achieve their goals. He aims to welcome and provide individualized support to people wishing to attain better sexual, emotional, and relational health. Authentic, open, and attentive, he offers individual in-person sessions in Boucherville as well as remotely via telepractice. He will be pleased to support you according to your needs.
