
Dominique Lebel is a social worker specializing in supporting people who are grieving or experiencing a significant loss in their lives. She also has expertise in addiction, mental health and autism spectrum disorders.
Dominique Lebel holds a master's degree in social work from Université Laval and a graduate diploma in psychoeducation from Université du Québec à Trois-Rivières.
She has worked in various mental health, addiction and bereavement organizations, including crisis centers, addiction rehabilitation centers and organizations dedicated to palliative care and bereavement follow-up. She also spent 25 years training specialized educational technicians. Dominique is also the mother of an ASD child, which has led her to develop a certain expertise in this field. She is particularly interested in supporting parents living with a child with special needs who wish to take a personal step towards making this reality a part of their lives.
In particular, she specializes in supporting people experiencing bereavement, loss, dependency or difficulties in adapting or relating to everyday life (separation, parent-child relationships, communication, burnout).
