Chloé is a youth worker who provides caring support to young people exhibiting at-risk behaviors or experiencing situational difficulties, helping them move toward positive change.

Having completed her training as a delinquency counselor in 2008, Chloé worked in various settings before turning to the school sector. Eager to better respond to the growing needs of the young people she supports, Chloé expanded her knowledge in criminology, victimology, and mental health to obtain her Bachelor of Social Sciences from the Université de Montréal.

As a counselor in Montérégie's secondary schools since 2013, she has worked with young people presenting various relational, adaptive, or social difficulties such as anxiety, behavioral disorders, substance use issues, and school demotivation. Through a responsibility-focused intervention approach, while emphasizing community involvement, Chloé provides reassuring support to encourage the youth's engagement toward positive life choices.

Additionally, Chloé completed graduate studies in administration at the Université de Montréal and recently joined the management team as Assistant Director of the Boucherville clinic. Always looking to take on new challenges and concerned for her team's well‑being, she provides daily support to the professionals working at the Boucherville clinic.
