For more than 15 years, Catherine has supported people with diverse backgrounds; children, families, adults, or seniors. She has worked with various institutions (CISSS with youth in difficulty, crisis center and suicide prevention, therapy home for people dealing with depression issues…).

Holder of a master's degree in art therapy and trained in psychology and visual arts, she deeply believes in the transformative power of creation in mental health care.

In a safe environment that respects each person's pace, she invites her clients to explore their emotions, strengthen their self-esteem, and find new ways to get through difficult times. Her approach, both human and structured, adapts to each person's unique needs by integrating various artistic media as tools for expression and reflection. For Catherine, each meeting is an opportunity to restore meaning, confidence, and gentleness to everyday life.
