I would like to cancel / modify my appointment. How can I do that? Are there any fees?

For a first appointment, if you wish to cancel or change your appointment, please use the Go rendez-vous confirmation email directly and indicate the reason; we will contact you afterwards.

If you have already had a previous appointment, we encourage you to contact your professional directly by email. If you do not have their contact details, it is possible to cancel or change the appointment via the Go rendez-vous confirmation.

Cancellation fees may apply, according to the Cancellation Policy presented by the professional at the first appointment. Please note that to cancel an appointment for a neuropsychological assessment service, one week's notice is required. If you cancel with less than this notice, a $250 cancellation fee may be charged.
